Shipping Lead Times for Water Tanks

On average tanks take 2 - 3 weeks to be delivered as they’re made to order right here in NZ. Please note shipping times are subject to change in busy periods. Click here to find out current plastic water tank shipping timeframes. Once your order has been confirmed, we will be in touch to confirm a delivery time for your tank. 

SITE PREPARATION

The nominated site for delivery must have a suitable and safe area for unloading to allow our nominated carrier to complete the delivery. Should a safe delivery not be possible through failure of the buyer to comply with this provision, any additional expenses incurred by Rural Water in effecting delivery shall be paid by the buyer.

Water Tank Site Preparation: Select an easily accessible site that is flat, level and free of sharp objects. A firm foundation is required.

Water Tank Site Access: Please ensure we have clear access to your site, there is adequate clearance through gateways and under trees, and there is enough room and sufficient turning circle for our 20m long vehicle.Your assistance is required by providing TWO extra people to aid in the delivery of your tank. In the event the site is not accessible, your tank will be unloaded at the closest convenient location.
